How do I read these reports?

The pedigree charts we provide contain valuable information about each horse in a race card. In order to unlock the potential of these charts, you must understand how to read the data. Head over to our handicapping page for more information on how to read the chart.

How often are the charts updated?

We update the handicapping charts multiple times daily. They are usually available a few days in advance.

Is my personal information safe with you?

Because we care about the privacy of our customers, we never sell or distribute any personal information. All billing information is securely stored with a third party provider. All passwords are hashed for our users' security. For more information on this subject, you may read our privacy policy.

I forgot my password! What do I do?

If you forget your password, just head over to our forgot password form and submit your email address. You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password.

Is it safe to put my credit card number online?

For the security of our users, all communication between you and our web server is secured using CloudFlare's SSL certificate. If you decide to store your credit card for future use, your credit card information is stored at a secure third party service.

Does my subscription automatically renew?

During the registration and manual renewing processes, you will have the opportunity to select whether or not you would like your account to be automatically renewed at the end of your subscription (not available for one-day use). If you wish to disable the auto-renew feature, or want to make sure it is turned off, you may visit the Cancellation Policy page. If you want to enable the auto-renew feature, then visit the subscription management page and renew with the check box checked. Note: Manually renewing in advance will add to your existing subscription.

What if my account is set to auto-renew, and I need to change my payment information?

In the event of a credit card expiring, phone, or address change, you may manually renew at any time to update your information. If your account is set to auto-renew, but the credit card on file is expired, you will receive an email stating that you cannot be automatically renewed and should do so manually.

How do I update my subscription information?

You can update your subscription information by logging into your account and navigating to the manage subscriptions page.

The handicapping reports are not showing up for today. Who do I contact about this?

If a report isn't showing up for your favorite track, please send an email to info@pedigreeonline.com and we will update the handicapping reports as soon as possible.

I don't see a track in your handicapping reports. How can I get one added?

If we're missing one of your favorite tracks, please send an email to info@pedigreeonline.com and we will try to add it to our handicapping reports.
